It depends on the pest and the size of the property. A wasp nest is a quick job; bed bugs or a heavy roach problem take more work. We'll give you a firm price after a quick look, before anything gets treated. The quote is free.

Most of the time within one or two business days. If it's urgent, like a nest by the front door or mice in the kitchen, tell us and we'll try to get there sooner.

We use EPA-registered products applied according to the label, and we lean on baits and targeted crack-and-crevice treatments instead of spraying everything. Before we start, we'll tell you what we're using, where, and how long to keep kids and pets away from treated areas (usually until it's dry).

No. You can book a one-time treatment. Most people who want ongoing protection choose a recurring plan, usually quarterly, which includes free re-treats if pests come back between visits.

On a recurring plan, call us and we'll come back and re-treat between scheduled visits at no extra charge. On a one-time visit, some pests (ants, roaches, bed bugs) need a follow-up, and we'll tell you up front if yours does.

For most treatments, no. Outside work needs nothing from you. For some inside treatments we'll ask you to stay out of a room for an hour or so. We'll tell you when you book.

For outside service, just make sure we can get into the yard and that pets are inside. For inside service, clear the space under sinks and along baseboards in the problem areas, and put away pet bowls and food.

No. We focus on general pests, rodents, stinging insects, mosquitoes, ticks and bed bugs. If you think you have termites, we're happy to point you to someone who handles them.
